  • Start by setting the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bring out your medium size mixing bowl.
  • Put in all the dried ingredients, then whisk well for a perfect combination.
  • Set a small mixing bowl or a big measuring cup and add the coconut oil, egg, maple syrup, and milk, then stir.
  • Next, put the dry and wet ingredients together, stirring well till it all blends perfectly.
  • Ensure the flour mixes well with no visible streaks. Then put in the dates, raisins, and walnuts and stir.
  • Set your muffin pan next, then grease then add the mixture evenly into the 12 wells of the pan and add some brown sugar.
  • Put the muffin pan in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes until the tops turn brown then remove the muffin pan from the oven and allow it to cool off for 5 minutes before removing them.
  • Serve warm with butter or serve when cool.
